Online counselling is increasingly popular for those who cannot make face to face, in person, counselling. I use Skype, for these sessions.

The beauty of this approach is that you are able to see me and attend sessions from the comfort of your own home, or quiet place at work, and you can talk to me from anywhere in the world. Although you may be thousands of miles away or just around the corner, it can seem almost as though you are in the same room. Obviously, you need a good roaming signal or decent wifi. You also need to ensure a quiet private space to talk. You pay on line at least 24 hours before the session.
