COVID 19 NOTICE: During these challenging and uncertain times I am suspending face to face sessions and will be offering online and phone sessions for the foreseeable future.

I have been working online for two years and have attended training workshops with the Online Counselling Services and Training. I can work with Skype or Zoom, whichever you prefer. For those unused to working in this way it is very easy, I simply send you a link via email or SMS for you to open.

To prepare for these sessions clients have found it beneficial to have pen and paper, a drink and during sensitive conversations a packet of tissues.

How does Online Counselling work?

It works the same way as face to face counselling and psychotherapy. Get in touch to arrange a good time for a first session. Pay online 24 hours or more before the session. Benefit from a meaningful session. If you wish to continue with further sessions, then they generally occur at the same agreed time and day each week. However, there is some flexibility for those who work irregular hours.
